Resumo: O objetivo deste trabalho está voltado em analisar a influência do Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorrência na economia de recursos da PMMG no Estado com foco na cidade de Campanha - MG, no ano de 2019, sendo possível identificar se houve economia financeira para o Estado de Minas Gerais especificamente no município de CampanhaMG, observar se a implementação do Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorrência interferiu na celeridade de resolução das ocorrências policiais ocorridas na e por fim, citar quais são os principais crimes que se enquadram como de menor potencial ofensivo e que puderam ser conduzidos através do TCO.O presente trabalho aponta quando ocorre o delito e as formas de combatê-lo, com foco em uma modalidade de ação do encarregado de aplicação da lei, destacando os benefícios que o TCO trouxe e ainda está trazendo para a Administração Pública mineira, dando uma ideia ao leitor de como se aplicaria tal modalidade. A metodologia utilizada para endossar esse trabalho foi bibliográfica, considerando os livros, artigos e trabalhos acadêmicos que remetiam a mesma proposta de tema e ainda, sendo complementar a esse trabalho o método de pesquisa com aplicação de questionários. Nesse estudo, foram analisados os impactos na economia gerada para o Estado de Minas Gerais, referente a lavratura do Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorrência pela PMMG, tendo como base o 5º Pelotão da 16ª Companhia de Polícia Militar Independente de Minas Gerais (5º Pel 16ª Cia PM Ind), localizado no município de CampanhaMG. Os resultados alcançados foram muito satisfatórios, pois, foi constatado através dos métodos utilizados que as Polícias Militares e Estado conseguiram reduzir gastos em vários aspectos com aplicação do Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorrência na cidade de Campanha ???????????????????????????????? MG e no Estado de uma maneira geral.
Abstract: The objective of this work is to analyze the influence of the Circumstantiated Term of Occurrence in the economy of resources of PMMG in the State with a focus on the city of Campaign - MG, in 2019, making it possible to identify whether there was financial savings for the State of Minas Gerais specifically in the city of CampanhaMG, observe whether the implementation of the Circumstantiated Term of Occurrence interfered with the speed of resolution of police incidents that occurred in and finally, mention which are the main crimes that are classified as having less offensive potential and that could be conducted through the TCO. The present work points out when the crime occurs and the forms to combat it, focusing on a mode of action of the law enforcement officer, highlighting the benefits that TCO has brought and is still bringing to Management Minas Gerais public, giving the reader an idea of ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????how such a modality would be applied. THE methodology used to endorse this work was bibliographic, considering the books, articles and academic works that referred to the same theme proposal and still, being complementary to this work the research method with application of questionnaires. In this study, the impacts on the economy generated for the State of Minas Gerais, referring to the drawing up of the Detailed Term of Occurrence by the PMMG, based on the 5th Platoon of the 16th Military Police Company Independent of Minas Gerais (5th Pel 16th Cia PM Ind), located in the municipality of CampaignMG. The results achieved were very satisfactory, as it was through the methods used that the Military Police and the State managed to reduce expenses in various aspects with the application of the Circumstantiated Term of Occurrence in the city ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????of Campanha ???????????????????????????????? MG and in the State in general.
