Resumo: O presente trabalho foi desenvolvido a partir da perspectiva metodológica Estado do Conhecimento que objetivou conhecer o que as pesquisas (teses e dissertações) apontam sobre as questões de indisciplina nas aulas de Matemática no Ensino Fundamental II e no Ensino Médio, para isso, mapeou-se os trabalhos disponíveis no Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações ?? CAPES e na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações ?? BDTD. Após realizadas as buscas, as fichas dos trabalhos selecionados foram redigidas, compostas pelos dados de cada texto, como título, autoria, orientação, ano de defesa e outros, além disso as fichas trazem os resumos, palavras-chave, questão de investigação, objetivos, sujeitos, local da pesquisa, instrumentos para a constituição dos dados e outras principais ideias de cada trabalho. Procurouse responder a seguinte questão investigativa ??O que revelam as pesquisas acadêmicas (teses e dissertações) que citam ou relacionam a indisciplina escolar nas aulas de Matemática???. Esta pesquisa apresentou resultados que ajudam a entender algumas questões sobre a indisciplina nas aulas de Matemática, dentre elas estiveram presentes situações relacionadas a motivação e interesse estudantil, relações de afetividade em sala de aula e a influência que a professora e o professor exercem sobre o comportamento estudantil de acordo com sua postura em sala de aula e de como discorre sua prática pedagógica

Abstract: The present work took place in a State of Knowledge that aimed to know what the research (theses and dissertations) point out about the issues of indiscipline in Mathematics classes in Elementary School II and High School, for that, we mapped the works available in the Catalog of Theses and Dissertations - CAPES and at the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations - BDTD. After the searches were carried out, the files of the selected works were written, composed of data from each text, such as title, authorship, orientation, year of defense and others, in addition the files bring the abstracts, keywords, question of research, objectives, subjects, place of research, instruments for the constitution of the data and other main ideas of each work. An attempt was made to answer the following investigative question ??What do academic research (theses and dissertations) reveal that cite or relate school indiscipline in the teaching and learning of mathematics???. This research presents results that help to understand some questions about indiscipline in Mathematics classes, among them were situations related to student motivation and interest, affective relationships in the classroom and the influence that the teacher and the teacher have on the behavior student according to his posture in the classroom and how he discourses his pedagogical practice.
